寄宿制学校是解决留守儿童问题的政策之一。该研究运用调查法了解留守儿童与父母分离的心理和行为反应、与社区和家庭的关系、对自我的认识,运用依恋理论和自我心理学理解留守儿童。社会工作应该介入寄宿制学校,在服务留守儿童时,依恋理论和自我心理学是理解留守儿童问题和确定干预目标的合适的理论;系统的社会工作干预包括对儿童、教师、学校、家庭和社区的干预,干预时应考虑儿童的发展阶段和年龄差异。寄宿制学校应通过内部政策为儿童营造一个适宜的发展平台。
Boarding schools are one of the solutions to the problem of left-behind children. The study used surveys to understand the psychological and behavioral responses of left-behind children to their parents, relationships with communities and families, self-awareness, understanding of left-behind children using attachment theory and self-psychology. Social work should be part of boarding schools, attachment theory and self-psychology when serving left-behind children as appropriate theories for understanding left-behind children and defining intervention goals; systematic social work interventions include children, teachers, schools, families and communities Interventions, interventions should take into account the stage of development of children and age differences. Boarding schools should create an appropriate development platform for children through internal policies.
