An Introduction to International Labor Standards An important ILO activity is the international labor legislation that establishes and oversees the implementation of international labor standards. International labor standards play a guiding and guiding role in the labor legislation of all member states and the formulation of labor policies. International labor standards are the International Labor Conference to which all three parties (government, employees, workers) are represented in all member states (each June in the day
