原发性甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)的患儿可表现为青春期发育异常。为了探讨甲减患儿青春期发育异常的原因,作者系统地研究3例甲减患儿,其中男1例,女2例,年龄10.9~15.5岁。表现为青春期发育异常,骨龄延迟1.5~7.0年,血清甲状腺素(T_4)降低,甲状腺刺激激素(TSH)升高。用甲状腺素100μg/M~2/24h 替代治疗3~6个月,治疗前后分别测定血浆生长激素(GH)、促泌素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、TSH;做垂体CT 扫描检查,女孩还做卵巢超声检查。结果①LH 和 FSH:正常青春期儿童 LH 高
Children with primary hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) can be manifested as adolescent dysplasia.
