目的 调查面粉厂地脚粉中皱皮螨的孳生情况,并进一步对比观察其形态特征。方法 从面粉厂不同的生境中采集样本,用分样筛分离样本,留取碎屑部分。在光镜下从碎屑中挑选出螨进行计数,并制作螨玻片标本进行螨种鉴定。结果 经分离、鉴定,在淮北某面粉厂的地脚粉样本中检出了纳氏皱皮螨和棉兰皱皮螨。共采集地脚粉样本20份,其中13份检出了皱皮螨,检出率为65%。共在200 g地脚粉样本中检出皱皮螨2 876只,样本中的皱皮螨平均孳生密度为14.38只/g。结论 皱皮螨在面粉中孳生较普遍,因其可引起人体螨病及螨过敏性哮喘等,故应采取必要的防治措施。
Objective To investigate the breeding situation of the wrinkle-ridite mite in the flour of flour mill and to further observe its morphological characteristics. Methods Samples were taken from different habitats of the flour mills. Samples were separated using a sample sieve and the debris was collected. Mites were counted out from the debris under a light microscope, and mite specimens were prepared for mite species identification. Results After isolation and identification, A. nidulans and A. tannerella were detected in the ground powder samples from a flour mill in Huaibei. A total of 20 samples of legumes were collected. Among them, 13 were detected as folicariasis, with a detection rate of 65%. A total of 2 876 wrinkle-damaging mites were detected in 200 g of ground-powder samples. The average density of the eggs in the samples was 14.38 / g. Conclusion Cormorant mites breeding in flour is more common, because it can cause human mites and mite allergic asthma, it should take the necessary control measures.
