人类文明发展至今,一种疾病一直相伴相随。它以胃、十二指肠内容物反流入食管为特点,以恼人的反酸、烧心、嗳气等症状为典型表现。尽管存在已久,但直到1934年才被正式冠以“胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)”之名为人们所知晓~([1])。时至今日,尚无一套公认的标准以明确其诊断,甚至其发病机制也仍在争论之中~([2])。目前,世界上约10%~40%的成年人的日常生活饱受着胃食管反流
Since the development of human civilization, a disease has been accompanied by each other. It is the stomach, duodenal reflux into the esophagus is characterized by annoying acid reflux, heartburn, belching and other symptoms as a typical manifestation. Although long existed, it was not officially known as “gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)” until 1934 ([1]).
