研究了低温余热驱动的抽汽回热式有机工质朗肯循环(Organic Rankine Cycle,ORC)发电系统的性能。首先介绍了有机物朗肯循环工质的选择要求和相关性质,然后以4种环保型有机工质R123、R245fa、R600a和R134a为例,通过改变系统的特征参数如透平入口压力和温度,将抽汽回热式和普通有机工质朗肯循环进行了热力特性分析与对比。指出抽汽回热式有机工质朗肯循环系统产生的不可逆损失更少、热效率更高。
The performance of organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) power generation system driven by low temperature waste heat was studied. First of all, the selection requirements and related properties of Rankine cycle refrigerants for organic matter are introduced. Then, four kinds of environmentally friendly organic refrigerants, R123, R245fa, R600a and R134a, are taken as examples. By changing system characteristic parameters such as turbine inlet pressure and temperature, Extraction heat recovery and ordinary organic refrigerant Rankine cycle analysis of the thermal characteristics and comparison. It is pointed out that Rankine recirculation system has less irreversible loss and higher thermal efficiency.
