产品技术条件对B(?)和B(?)电机的凸缘端盖的端面跳动、径向跳动都有要求,但时常发生用户提出这些项目(几乎全部是端面跳动)不合格、要求返修的问题。在返修中我们注意到整机的端面跳动与凸缘端盖的二个平面(与机座止口平面相结合的平面及法兰平面式凸缘止口的小平面)的平行度有很大的相对关系(指数值的大小和位置)。但目前零件图的形位公差是以法兰端面对另一面止口外圆的跳动来要求的,由于这个项目的检查方法较复杂,费时也多,误差很大,平时极少采用。而平面平行度的检查
