本文报道的快速差示分光光度法是基于在269nm波长处可测定pH8和pH8的利眠宁(Ⅰ)等克分子溶液的差示吸收度,以及于263nm 波长处测定pH13和pH8的去甲氧安定(Ⅱ)等克分子溶液的差示吸收度。该法优于法定的分光光度法,对含(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ),2-氨基-5氯二苯甲酮(Ⅲ)及某些复方制剂中的(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)的测定具专属性。(Ⅰ)标准溶液:取(Ⅰ)约25mg,精密秤定于250ml量瓶中,加乙醇20ml、1M HCl0.4ml,用水稀释至刻度。精密取5.0ml,分别置含pH8缓冲储备液(Tris60.57g,1M HCl292ml,水稀释至1000ml)5ml 及含
