现代组织结构的扁平化趋势和信息技术的快速发展,使工作场所的人际关系和信息沟通日益重要,由此引发的员工压力反应也愈发突出。如何通过优化组织沟通消减员工压力,是组织管理者需要重视的新课题。本文分析与沟通有关的几个压力源,并提出了缓解策略。
The flattening trend of modern organizational structure and the rapid development of information technology make the interpersonal relationships and the communication of information in the workplace increasingly important, and the resulting employee stress response is also more and more prominent. How to reduce employee pressure by optimizing organizational communication is a new issue that organizes managers should pay attention to. This article analyzes several sources of stress related to communication and proposes mitigation strategies.
