用热分析方法(DSC)对磺化聚砜(SPSF)与聚醚酮(PEK)高分子合金超滤膜的孔径和孔结构进行了研究.由实验得到热谱图,经计算得到不同合金比(SPSF/PEK)的超滤膜孔径及孔径体积分布.研究结果表明,在一定条件下,SPSF/PEK以不同的比例混合时,其膜的孔径分布范围在5~15nm,平均孔径在6~9nm之间;当合金比(SPSF/PEK)等于或大于4∶6时,所制得的超滤膜对聚乙二醇(PEG,MW=10000)的截留率大于90%.本文还对不同合金比(SPSF/PEK)的超滤膜电镜照片与孔的形态结构进行了讨论
The pore size and pore structure of sulfonated polysulfone (SPSF) and polyether ketone (PEK) polymer alloy ultrafiltration membranes were investigated by thermal analysis (DSC). The thermogram was obtained experimentally, and the pore size and pore volume distribution of the ultrafiltration membrane with different alloy ratios (SPSF / PEK) were calculated. The results show that under certain conditions, when the ratio of SPSF / PEK is different, the pore size distribution of SPSF / PEK ranges from 5 nm to 15 nm and the average pore diameter ranges from 6 nm to 9 nm. When SPSF / PEK is equal to or greater than At 4: 6, the resulting ultrafiltration membranes have a rejection of polyethylene glycol (PEG, MW = 10000) greater than 90%.
