近年来,我们市委督查室把办理好领导批示件作为一件大事来抓,抓出了成效。1997年市委督查室办理领导批示件76件,做到了件件有着落,事事有回音,受到了市委领导的高度评价和人民群众的热情赞扬。我们的主要做法是在三个环节上狠下功夫。 一、准备要足,在完善办理方案上下功夫。 一般来说,由督查部门办理的领导批示件所涉及的事项大都具有“老”、“大”、“难”的特点,有的甚至是当事人上访多年 In recent years, our municipal inspection office to handle the leadership of the instructions as a major event to grasp, out of the results.
