目的探讨手术室护士的工作满意度现状。方法收集延边地区257名手术室护士作为研究对象进行调查。采用问卷调查法,手术室护士工作满意度量表作为研究工具调查手术室护士的工作满意度分布情况、分析变量的影响因素及相关性。结果 (1)研究对象的工作满意度总均分为(2.52±0.62)分,根据MMSS量表规定,均数3.03是对工作满意度的最低指数。可见工作满意度的总均数低于3.03,处于低水平。(2)研究对象在工作满意度量表中维度工作状态的总均分为(2.45±0.61)分;维度工作中的人际关系总均分为(2.66±0.71)分。结论手术室护士的工作满意度总体得分处于低水平,其工作状态和工作中的人际关系两个维度中,工作中的人际关系满意度的水平较高,对工作状态的满意度水平较低。
Objective To explore the current situation of job satisfaction of operating room nurses. Methods A total of 257 nurses from operating room in Yanbian area were collected for investigation. Questionnaire survey and operating room nurse job satisfaction scale were used as research tools to investigate the distribution of job satisfaction among operating room nurses and to analyze the influencing factors and their correlations. Results (1) The overall average job satisfaction of the study subjects was (2.52 ± 0.62) points. According to the MMSS scale, the mean 3.03 was the lowest index of job satisfaction. We can see the total number of job satisfaction is below 3.03, at a low level. (2) The overall average of the working state of the subjects in the job satisfaction scale was (2.45 ± 0.61) points; the average of the interpersonal relationship in the dimension work was (2.66 ± 0.71) points. Conclusion The overall score of job satisfaction of operating room nurses is low. Among the two dimensions of job status and job interpersonal relationship, job satisfaction of job satisfaction is high and job satisfaction is low.
