民间非营利组织在弥补政府失灵及市场缺陷方面发挥了不可替代的作用,但由于社会意识与自身发展的局限,资金短缺严重阻碍了民间非营利组织的发展壮大,造成公共服务供给不足。本文以公共经济学为视角,探讨将营销管理引入民间非营利组织的运营,挖掘其自我发展的潜力,使得民间非营利组织由输血型转变为造血型,实现良性可持续发展。
Non-governmental non-profit organizations play an irreplaceable role in making up for government failures and market imperfections. However, due to social awareness and the limitations of their own development, the shortage of funds has seriously hindered the development and growth of non-governmental non-profit organizations, resulting in insufficient supply of public services. In this paper, from the perspective of public economics, we explore how to introduce marketing management into the operation of non-governmental non-profit organizations and tap the potential of self-development so that non-profit non-profit organizations can be transformed from blood transfusion to hematopoietic and benign and sustainable development.
