针对南翼山E-3+2凝析气藏的地层特点,提出采用欠平衡钻井解决该地层的钻井问题,减少产层损害。论述了欠平衡钻井有关参数的确定和设计原则,并以南12井为例,对南翼山E_~2凝析气藏地层的欠平衡钻井设计及现场施工(包括所用设备、钻井参数、钻井液性能等)情况进行了描述,说明欠平衡钻井的技术特点和应用效果。该井的钻井实践表明,平衡钻井技术能有效保护油气层,减少了井下复杂情况的发生,有利于提高机械钻速并降低钻井成本,是凝析气藏复杂地层钻井的一项重要新技术,值得推广应用。
