目的 探讨血清及胎盘组织中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)及一氧化氮(NO)的表达与早发型子痫前期的相关性.方法 选择2015年1 月-2016年1月于该院接受治疗的30例早发型子痫前期产妇作为观察组以及30例正常产妇作为对照组,通过检测血清及胎盘中IGF-Ⅰ及NO的表达水平,统计并总结IGF-Ⅰ及NO表达部位、表达水平与子痫前期之间的相关性.结果 同对照组产妇相比较,观察产妇血清及胎盘组织中IGF-Ⅰ及NO表达水平均明显降低(P<0.05),其下降程度与子痫前期病情呈正相关.结论 血清及胎盘组织中IGF-Ⅰ及NO的表达与早发型子痫前期发病密切相关,其表达程度与病情发展呈正相关,临床可以通过血清及胎盘组织中IGF-Ⅰ及NO的表达水平作为早发型子痫前期产妇诊断及病情监测、评估的相关参考指标.“,”Objective To explore the correlations between insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ (IGF-Ⅰ) and nitric oxide (NO) expressions in serum and placenta and early-onset preeclampsia.Methods Thirty pregnant women with early-onset preeclampsia treated in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as observation group,thirty normal pregnant women were selected as control group.The expression levels of IGF-Ⅰ and NO in serum and placenta were detected,the correlations between expression levels and positions of IGF-Ⅰ and NO and early-onset preeclampsia were summarized.Results Compared with control group,the expression levels of IGF-Ⅰ and NO in serum and placenta in observation group decreased significantly (P<0.05),and the decreasing degree was correlated with severity of the disease.Conclusion The expression levels of IGF-Ⅰ and NO in serum and placenta are closely correlated with onset and development of earlyonset preeclampsia.The expression levels of IGF-Ⅰ and NO in serum and placenta can be used to diagnose,monitor,and evaluate the pregnant women with early-onset preeclampsia.
