对于基层事业单位来说,工会是为职工争取最大权益,谋取福利的组织,它的主要职责是反映民声、听取民意、扶贫救弱、共建和谐。推进工会财务会计管理,是保障工会工作的物质基础,也是规范会计核算,落实财务会计基本制度的关键。这就需要我们不断改善工会财务管理工作,并制定出科学合理的解决措施和方法,来促进财务管理规范化建设的顺利进行。下面结合实际工作,浅谈一下做好这项工作的几点思考。
