目的对药检所对几种基本药物的评价抽验结果进行分析探讨,为今后的药检工作提供有价值的参考信息。方法抽检我州销售、使用的金胆片、胃康灵胶囊、醋酸泼尼松龙和酮康唑这4类药品7个品种的全部厂牌、规格和批号的药品,并对抽检结果进行统计分析。结果本次基本药物评价性抽检中,药品流通环节不合格率为0.5%,使用环节不合格率为1.1%。结论本次评价下抽检中,金胆片、胃康灵胶囊、醋酸泼尼松龙和酮康唑这4类药品7个品种的全部厂牌、规格和批号的药品流通、使用环节合格率高,本次评价抽检模式成功,具有可行性,值得推广。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the results of several basic drugs evaluated by the drug testing institute and provide valuable reference information for the future drug testing work. Methods All the brands, specifications and batch drugs of 7 varieties of 4 kinds of medicines sold in our state including Jinbi Tablet, Weikangling Capsule, Prednisolone Acetate and Ketoconazole were tested and the results of sampling were counted analysis. Results The evaluation of essential drugs sampling, drug circulation failure rate of 0.5%, the use of unqualified rate of 1.1%. Conclusion In this evaluation, all the brands, specifications and lot numbers of seven kinds of drugs of four kinds of medicines, including jindian tablet, Weikangling capsule, prednisolone acetate and ketoconazole, were distributed in this evaluation, and the qualified rate of using links was high The success of this evaluation sampling mode is feasible and worth promoting.
