目的:研究Fli-1在卵巢上皮癌(EOC)中的表达及其对预后的影响。方法:收集2008年9月~2013年9月在吉林大学第一医院治疗、临床信息完整的EOC患者病理标本56例及输卵管组织正常标本10例和卵巢组织正常标本10例,应用免疫组化法分别检测Fli-1的表达情况,用非参数秩和检验统计Fli-1表达水平与EOC患者临床特性的关系,用Kaplan Meier曲线分析Fli-1对EOC总生存期(OS)及无病生存期(DFS)的影响。结果:Fli-1在正常卵巢组织和输卵管组织中呈阴性或弱阳性表达,在EOC组织中呈不同程度的高表达(P<0.05)。Fli-1表达水平与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移及CA125血清水平密切相关(P<0.05),Fli-1低表达组的中位OS和中位DFS均高于高表达组,差异均有统计学意义(45个月vs 25个月,P=0.015;37个月vs 17个月,P=0.024)。结论:Fli-1在EOC中呈不同程度的高表达且与临床不良预后相关,Fli-1是EOC潜在的预后标志物及分子治疗靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Fli-1 in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) and its effect on prognosis. Methods: From September 2008 to September 2013, 56 cases of EOC patients with complete clinical information and 10 normal oviduct specimens and 10 normal ovarian tissues were collected from the First Hospital of Jilin University from September 2008 to September 2013. Immunohistochemistry The expression of Fli-1 was detected by non-parametric rank-sum test. The relationship between the expression of Fli-1 and the clinical characteristics of EOC patients was analyzed by non-parametric rank-sum test. The Kaplan-Meier curve was used to analyze the relationship between Fli-1 and the overall survival and disease-free survival (DFS) impact. Results: Fli-1 was negative or weakly positive in normal ovarian tissues and oviductal tissues, and was highly expressed in EOC tissues (P <0.05). Fli-1 expression was closely related to tumor stage, lymph node metastasis and CA125 serum level (P <0.05). The median OS and median DFS in Fli-1 low expression group were higher than those in high expression group, the differences were statistically significant (45 months vs. 25 months, P = 0.015; 37 months vs 17 months, P = 0.024). Conclusion: Fli-1 is highly expressed in EOC and correlated with poor clinical prognosis. Fli-1 is a potential prognostic marker of EOC and a molecular therapy target.
