基于有限元优化分析原理,利用NURBS样条曲线的特性,在Pro/E和ANSYS WORKBENCH环境下对标准渐开线齿轮齿根部位进行了形状优化设计,提出了一种实用、易于普及的齿根过渡曲线最佳线型实现新方法,大幅改善了齿根部位的应力状况,降低了齿轮工作过程中齿根折断的机率。
