我国在21世纪初迎来了老龄化社会,随之而来的养老问题也日渐突出,现在人们在养老问题上不仅仅止步于解决温饱,更多注重人性化的关爱。本文以老年人为研究目标人群,以家庭住宅中的厨房设计为例。通过对老年人进行生理与心理上的全方位调查研究,阐述老龄人厨房通用设计所需要的设计方法和元素。致力研究出一种人性化的可持续发展的通用厨房。不仅可以为广大子女亲朋减轻一些家庭负担,还可以让老年人度过安享舒适的晚年。
