教育心理学研究和实验表明:在学校教育中,影响学生活动的因素主要有两大类型,即智力性因素和非智力性情感因素。情感因素属于动力性驱使系统,它主要作用于人的心理情趣和志趣,往往能够有效发挥引导、指向、稳定和强化的重要功效。在新课程体育“健康第一”思想的全面指导下,我们要本着“以发展学生为根本、以促进学生全面发展和终身发展为追求”的生本教育原则,积极寻求多元化的教学策略和方式,努力把体育与健康课程教学打造成学生的学习需要和情趣向往,为发展他们的终身体育意识奠基铺路。笔者认为,由于职高体育教学具有自身的特殊性,坚持并突出情感教育理念和素质教学方式,不仅十分必要而且非常重要。
Educational psychology research and experiments show that: in school education, there are two main factors that affect student activities, namely, intellectual and non-intellectual emotional factors. Emotional factors belong to the dynamic driving system, which mainly acts on human psychological interests and interests, and can often effectively play an important role in guiding, pointing, stabilizing and strengthening.
