介绍了 500 kW车轴轴头闪光焊机的焊接试验方法及试验结果。该焊机采用微机控制工艺过程,预热闪光焊的工艺方法,并最终获得了合格的焊接接头。本文较详细地介绍了焊机的外特性,焊机的模拟焊接试验等与焊机性能相关的参数。同时对预热闪光焊的闪平、预热、连续闪光及顶锻等进行了较为详细的分析,在试验过程中作者采用各阶段分别调试的方法,即对每一工艺阶段进行试验,达到满意的较果后再进行下一阶段的研究,最终对完整的工艺过程进行调试。文中对焊接工艺过程中的关键数据进行了解释,给出了一组最终的焊接接头的工艺参数,并用力学试验证实了该工艺参数的合理性。
The welding test method and test results of 500 kW axle shaft flash welding machine are introduced. The welding machine using computer control process, preheating flash welding process, and finally obtained qualified welded joints.
