目的:探讨护理人员职业健康问题与职业健康促进研究。方法:选取我院临床科室护理人员89名为研究对象,采用问卷调查护理人员职业健康问题,并对护理人员职业健康问题进行探讨分析。结果:影响护理人员职业健康问题主要为精神压力、工作压力、针刺伤、化学药物、心理健康问题等,均在50%以上,其余因素还有刺伤后处理、净化台使用、接触化疗患者液体、患者人身伤害、操作前、后未洗手及其它。结论:影响护理人员职业健康因素较多,临床中减轻护理人员精神、工作压力,重视工作中的状态和情绪,才能主动积极发挥临床技能,实现最佳护理效果和水平,创造良好工作环境,强调操作规范化也为保障护理人员职业健康关键。 Objective: To study the nursing staff occupational health problems and occupational health promotion research. Methods: A total of 89 nursing staff in clinical departments of our hospital were selected as research objects. The occupational health problems of nursing staffs were investigated by questionnaire, and the occupational health problems of nursing staffs were explored and analyzed. Results: The occupational health problems affecting nurses mainly included mental stress, stress, acupuncture, chemical drugs and mental health problems, all of which were over 50%. The remaining factors were post-puncture treatment, decontamination table, patients with chemotherapy Liquids, personal injury of the patient, unwashed hands and others before and after the operation. Conclusion: There are many factors that affect the occupational health of nurses. In order to alleviate the nurses’ mental health and work pressure and attach importance to the state and emotions in their work, they can take the initiative to exert their clinical skills, achieve the best nursing effects and levels, and create a good working environment. The standardization of operation is also the key to protect the occupational health of nursing staff.
