城市建设中为提高对土地资源的利用率,逐渐涌现出更多建筑工程,并且实现了智能化、多样化以及功能化发展。为满足生产与生活需求,建筑工程结构日趋复杂,所受荷载力也更多,需要做更进一步的研究。剪力墙结构在建筑施工中比较常见,其刚度越大建筑整体性越好,相应的结构稳定性也就越高,可以提高建筑工程的抗震性能。本文主要详细描述了剪力墙的体系特点,剪力墙在设计时遵循的原则和标准以及剪力墙在建筑物中的实际应用等。
Urban construction in order to improve the utilization of land resources, and gradually emerge more construction projects, and to achieve the intelligent, diversified and functional development. In order to meet the needs of production and daily life, the structure of the construction project is becoming more and more complicated and the load capacity is also more. Therefore, further research is needed. Shear wall structure is more common in the construction, the greater the rigidity of the building, the better the overall structure, the higher the corresponding structural stability, can improve the seismic performance of the construction. This paper mainly describes the system characteristics of shear wall, the principles and standards of shear wall design, and the practical application of shear wall in buildings.
