目的研究苍耳子的化学成分。方法应用多种色谱方法进行分离和纯化,并利用NMR和MS等方法解析化合物结构。结果从苍耳子的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到7个化合物,它们的结构分别被鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、丁二酸(3)、阿魏酸(4)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基桂皮醛(5)、咖啡酸(6)、5-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(7)。结论化合物5和7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Xanthium. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were analyzed by NMR and MS. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Xanthium sibiricum. Their structures were identified as: β-sitosterol (1), carotenoid (2), succinic acid (3), and ferulic acid. (4) 3-methoxy-4-hydroxycinnamic aldehyde (5), caffeic acid (6), 5-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (7). Conclusion Compounds 5 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
