目的本研究对E838在体内抑瘤效果及合用137Csγ射线是否具有抑瘤增效作用进行探讨。方法LA795肿瘤组织用生理盐水稀释约3.5×107/m l瘤细胞。取细胞悬液0.2m l/只接种于小鼠腋部皮下,24h后将荷瘤小鼠随机分为对照组、单放组、E838药物组(5、7.5、10mg/kg)和药物合用照射组、环磷酰胺组。药物组与药物合用照射组ip相同剂量给药,每日1次,连续7d,环磷酰胺(25mg/kg)隔日1次×4。药物合用照射组于给药的第4d进行全身1Gy照射,每日1次,连续5d。观察其抑瘤效果及相关的免疫学指标。结果E838三个剂量对小鼠LA795的抑瘤率分别为42.73、70.91和64.09%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),骨髓有核细胞数水平有所升高,合用137Csγ射线能提高抑瘤效果,抑瘤率分别为63.63、75和68.64%(P<0.05),对肿瘤的杀伤作用高于单放组和单药治疗组。结论E838对小鼠肿瘤细胞具有良好的抑制作用,合用γ射线抑瘤疗效比E838更为明显,但没有显著性差异。调节机体的免疫功能是E838抗肿瘤作用的机制之一。
Objective To study whether E838 has antitumor and synergistic effects in vivo and in combination with 137Csγ-ray. Conclusion E838 has a good inhibitory effect on tumor cells in mice. Combined with γ-rays, E838 is more effective than E838 in inhibiting tumors, but there is no significant difference.
