美国斯坦福大学相关专家经过科研对孩子玩的意义做了如下总结:1.玩可以让孩子比较早地学到一些社交的技巧孩子通过和同龄人之间的玩耍,可以学到很多社会交往技巧。比如说,他们可以在玩耍过程中了解伙伴情绪的变化。2.玩对于孩子情绪的调节与控制起到很好的锻炼作用比如说,几个孩子在玩同一个玩具时,孩子需要等待轮到他的时机,这就是一种自我调节能力。同时,也是一种情绪的自我调节,比如说,当孩子感到比较沮丧,心情不好的时候,需要自我控制,而不是立刻把这种不良情绪宣泄出来。
