锻压加工与其它塑性加工相比,一般说来,锻压加工模具受到较为苛刻的工作负荷,特别是温加工、热加工伴随着急热急冷,受到高的热应力作用。近年来应用的冷锻工艺:加工机械的高速运转(顶锻机每分钟加工数百件),高变形抗力材料的使用(18—8不锈钢,合金钢)以及卷材切断面(非磷化处理)的加工等,在冷锻的大量生产中,仍用原来的工模具。结果,工模县表面的平均温度将近200~300℃,局部地区甚至更高。
