分析了影响热喷涂曲轴疲劳强度的主要因素,测定了液体喷砂和电拉毛粗化处理试件表面的应力状态和两种处理试件喷涂层与其体的结合强度,并对喷涂层结合面的金相组织进行了分析。结果表明,喷砂后喷涂层与基体的结合强度不低于电拉毛后喷涂层与基体的结合强度,喷砂处理表面应力状况确明显优于电拉毛处理表面。
The main factors influencing the fatigue strength of the thermal sprayed crankshaft were analyzed. The stress state of the surface of the liquid sand blasting and the electric razor roughening treatment and the bonding strength of the sprayed layer and the body of the two kinds of treated specimens were measured. Metallographic organizations were analyzed. The results show that the bonding strength between the sprayed layer and the substrate after blasting is not lower than the bonding strength between the sprayed layer and the substrate after blasting, and the surface stress of blasting is obviously better than that of the electric bristle.
