青霉素G钾盐仍然是目前青霉素盐类使用较多的一个产品。但青霉素在贮存期中易于变质,超过效期即作为废品处理,就实际情况,青霉素超过效期,其生物活性并不是全部丧失,设若能通过精制除去失效部份,回收有效部份,这不仅变无用为有用,而且为伤病员提供更多的青霉素G钾,基于这种设想,我厂开始了过期青霉素G钾的精制工作,经过几年来工作中的实践,我们获得了预期目的。几年来,我们精制了过期结块变色,混入异物系的青霉素G钾达六百公斤以上,并将所得精制品分装成注射用成品,经过临床单位使用后,证实200余病例注射这种青霉素G钾时,效果很好,病员疼痛减轻,但由于工作任务关系,我们未作进一步分析鉴定,现将原精制工艺过程及其质量对比情况提供商确。
