胃幽门螺旋杆菌 (ＨＰ)是引起胃炎、十二指肠溃疡的主要致病因素之一。文献报道ＨＰ引起的原发性胃炎在儿科占 40 %～ 95 % ,并由此提出了ＨＰ相关性胃炎 (ＨＰ—Ｇ)的概念[1] 。对于此病的研究在世界各地和我国上海等大城市均有报道 ,而在北京市健康儿童ＨＰ—Ｇ的研究资料缺 Gastric Helicobacter pylori (HP) is one of the main causative agents of gastritis and duodenal ulcer. Reported in the literature of HP-induced primary gastritis in pediatrics accounted for 40% to 95%, and thus put forward the concept of HP-related gastritis (HP-G) [1]. The study of this disease has been reported around the world and in major cities such as Shanghai, China. However, the research data on HP-G for healthy children in Beijing are lacking
