新课改实验以来,教学反思的重要性尽人皆知,专家、名师、教研人员、普通教师无不提教学反思,学校要求教师人人写教学反思,并制定了检查制度。但在现实教学中,不少教师把教学反思当成任务来完成,为应付检查而走形式,教学反思质量差,无病呻吟现象严重,而有些教师则有抵触情绪。由此看来,教学反思不仅没有发挥应有的作用,反而给教师带来精神压力,加重工作负担。本期重提这一话题,旨在探索如何让教学反思发挥其作用,真正成为教师专业发展的不竭动力。
Since the new curriculum reform experiment, the importance of teaching reflection is well known. Experts, masters, teachers and researchers, and ordinary teachers all mention teaching reflection. Schools require teachers to write teaching reflections and make inspection systems. However, in the real teaching, many teachers regard the teaching reflection as a task to be completed, the form to deal with the examination, the poor quality of teaching reflection, the groaning phenomenon without disease, while some teachers have resistance. From this, it is not only that teaching and reflection have not played their due role, but have brought mental stress to teachers and aggravated their workload. This issue is raised again to explore how to make teaching reflections play its role, and truly become an inexhaustible motive force for the professional development of teachers.
