新的食品安全法于2015年10月1日起施行,法律条文由原来的104条增加到154条,这次的修订也是食品安全法自2009年颁布及实施以来的首次修订。本文主要介绍以下内容,新食品安全法中新增内容所带来的优势和新食品安全法实施过程中需要完善之处,具体包括;增加的食品安全基本原则、加强了对食品原材料和食品流通领域的监管、新食品安全法实施中需要完善之处。
The new Food Safety Law came into force on October 1, 2015, with the legal provisions increasing from 104 to 154. This amendment is also the first revision of the Food Safety Law since its promulgation and implementation in 2009.
