目的了解广州市中专女生的饮酒情况和高危因素,为制订中专女生饮酒行为的干预措施提供依据。方法采用自编问卷,整群随机抽取广州市天河区3所全日制中专1 534名女生,自填匿名问卷调查。结果仅19.7%的调查对象报告从没有喝过酒。≤16岁,17,18,≥19岁4组间饮酒经历差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但≥19岁组的醉酒率最高,达11.2%。自认与同学关系差的女生喝高度酒(27.6%)或醉酒率(17.2%)比与同学关系一般或较好的女生高5倍和1.2倍,后者较多喝低浓度的酒类(分别占66.0%和68.2%,P<0.01)。自我评估身材偏胖或肥胖的女生比身材正常的女生更多喝高浓度的酒类或喝醉(P<0.05)。结论中专女生饮酒问题严重,急需采取有效政策干预和进行有针对性的健康教育辅导。
Objective To understand the drinking situation and risk factors of female students in secondary technical schools in Guangzhou and provide the basis for formulating the interventions for female students’ drinking behaviors in secondary schools in Guangzhou. Methods A total of 1 534 female students from 3 full-time secondary technical schools in Tianhe District of Guangzhou were selected randomly from the questionnaires. Results Only 19.7% of the respondents reported never drinking alcohol. There was no significant difference in drinking experience between the four groups (≤16 years old, 17,18 years and ≥19 years old) (P> 0.05). However, the drunkage rate of the group of ≥19 years old was the highest (11.2%). Students who considered poor relationship with their classmates had a high alcohol (27.6%) or drunkenness rate (17.2%) 5 times and 1.2 times higher than girls with normal or good relationship with their classmates who drank low alcohol Accounting for 66.0% and 68.2% respectively, P <0.01). Self-assessing girls who were overweight or obese had more alcohol or drunk than girls with normal body weight (P <0.05). Conclusions Female students in secondary school have serious drinking problems and urgently need effective policy intervention and targeted health education counseling.
