通过对环己酮氧化装置的工艺过程、复合钢板的成型过程及复合钢板设备的制造过程的分析,同时利用各种理化检验方法,对环己酮复合钢板设备的腐蚀原因进行了分析。分析结果表明:环己酮氧化装置复合钢板设备腐蚀的原因是复合钢板在成型的过程中造成了复合层的防腐蚀性能下降,由于铁污染,在有机酸的作用下形成的点蚀。对设备的修理方案和安全性进行了论证,实现了修复设备投用后的在线监控。阐述了设备修理后的运行情况。
Through analyzing the process of cyclohexanone oxidation device, the forming process of composite steel plate and the manufacturing process of composite steel plate equipment, the causes of corrosion of cyclohexanone composite steel plate equipment were analyzed with various physical and chemical test methods. The analysis results show that the corrosion of the composite steel plate of cyclohexanone oxidation unit is caused by the corrosion of the composite layer during the forming process, and the pitting corrosion caused by the organic acid due to iron contamination. The repair plan and safety of the equipment were demonstrated, and the on-line monitoring after the repair equipment was put into operation was realized. Describes the operation of the equipment after repairs.
