本文通过对机械液压无级变速器的传动原理进行理论分析,在此基础上设计了试验平台,明确了试验过程中的控制对象和所需采集的数据,通过MATLAB/Simulink对试验过程中关键控制对象的特性进行了仿真,从而针对不同的控制对象提出了不同的控制思路。应用GE公司生产的PAC System RX3i作为控制器,利用PME软件编写控制程序。最后将整个控制系统集成化,为试验台的搭建打下了坚实的基础,也为同种类型变速器的试验台控制系统提供了参考。
In this paper, theoretical analysis of the transmission principle of the mechanical hydraulic continuously variable transmission, based on this, design a test platform, clear the control object and the data collected during the test process, through the MATLAB / Simulink on the key control object The characteristics of the simulation, so as to different control objects proposed different control ideas. The PAC System RX3i manufactured by GE Company is used as a controller, and the control program is written by using PME software. Finally, the entire control system is integrated, laying a solid foundation for the construction of the test stand and providing a reference for the test bed control system of the same type of transmission.
