目的:利用免疫遗传算法对康胃胶囊的有效期进行预测。方法:采用康胃胶囊的君药延胡索中的有效成分延胡索乙素作为确定康胃胶囊有效期的测定指标,以不同时间康胃胶囊中的延胡索乙素标示含量为载体,利用免疫遗传算法进行数据拟合,得到标示含量与时间的拟合方程,从而来预测康胃胶囊的有效期。结果:康胃胶囊的有效期预测为24个月。结论:利用免疫遗传算法进行预测比传统的统计分析预测法更加方便、准确。
Objective: To predict the effective period of Kangwei Capsule by immune genetic algorithm. Methods: The active ingredient of Rhizoma Corydalis in Kangwei Capsule was used to determine the expiration date of Kangweizu capsule, and the content of Tetrahydropalmatine labeled in Kangweizu capsule at different time was used as the carrier. The data were simulated by immune genetic algorithm Combined to obtain the labeled content and time fitting equation, in order to predict the effective period Kang Capsule. Results: Kang Wei capsule is expected to be valid for 24 months. Conclusion: Prediction using immune genetic algorithm is more convenient and accurate than the traditional statistical analysis and prediction method.
