主泵电机作为核电站的主要设备,VVER反应堆采用的主泵电机,是三相三分支绕组的大型电机,由于中性点的安装控件受限,采用不完全差动保护。某核电站在主泵电机首次启动时,电机差动保护装置出口跳闸。分析后确认属于继电保护装置误动。经过对电机采用的保护装置原理及主泵电机的结构进行分析,确定保护特性与电机特性不匹配,经过分析,修改定值后电机启动正常。本文通过分析VVER反应堆安装的主泵电机的原理,分析了不完全差动保护误动作的原因,总结出保护装置的整定原则,为同型号电机不完全差动保护的整定提供借鉴。
As the main equipment of the nuclear power plant, the main pump motor used in the VVER reactor is a large motor with three-phase and three-branch windings. Due to the limited installation control of the neutral point, incomplete differential protection is adopted. A nuclear power plant in the main pump motor first start, the motor differential protection device outlet trip. Analysis confirmed that belong to the relay protection device malfunction. After analyzing the principle of the protection device adopted by the motor and the structure of the main pump motor, it is determined that the protection characteristic does not match the motor characteristic. After analysis and modification, the motor starts normally. In this paper, the principle of the main pump motor installed in VVER reactor is analyzed. The reason of the malfunction of incomplete differential protection is analyzed. The principle of setting the protective device is summed up to provide reference for the setting of incomplete differential protection of the same type of motor.
