The debate over the existence and abolition of traditional Chinese medicine has become a controversy over culture and thought, and the protection of legislation is imminent. As early as 1983, at the National Congress of the Chinese People’s Congress, some people’s deputies first proposed the issue of Chinese medicine legislation. In the past 30 years, why did the Chinese medicine law and order come into being? From suspicion to conviction, Chinese medicine began to face severe challenges. Looking back over the past 100 years, the voice of requiring the abolition of Chinese medicine has never ceased to exist. Chinese medicine has been repeatedly pushed to the cusp of public opinion. In modern China, advocating the abolition of Chinese medicine is the founder of the late Qing Dynasty Yu Xue. In 1879, Yu Yu published "waste medicine
