Games, that is, play in the usual sense. But children’s games are different from adult play, it has its own unique significance and value. Through the game, children exercise their limbs, improve their intelligence, train their thinking, enrich their emotions, and learn how to deal with people. It can be said that children are growing up in the game. However, it is noteworthy that with the acceleration of social development and social competition, in the reality of early education in our country, driven by the will of adults and utilitarianism, the phenomenon of neglecting the needs of children, violating the nature of children and depriving children of their rights to play games Very serious. More and more parents are involved in the early education boom, all kinds of claims can make a 12 year old child how many literacy, the number of how many back the “prodigy program” of the Tang Dynasty deprived children of the game rights; Such kind of knowledge and skills training such as piano, painting, computer and so on, squeeze the child’s game time. Parents hope that through a variety of early start of knowledge and skills training, so that children in the future social domination, take the lead. However, have parents ever thought that doing so may result in the result of “desalination and growth” and “diametrically opposed”? Studies and practices in education and psychology show that children’s self-paced and self-controlled games are essential for their learning and The best way to develop, the lack of game opportunities and experience, will affect the development of children in all aspects. In this issue of “Special Concern”, “Let Children Grow Up in the Game,” aims to remind parents and educators that it is not enough to understand and understand the meaning of children’s games solely from the perspective of entertainment. The importance of games for the physical and mental development of children makes it imperative that we treat the rights to children’s play as a guarantee of their right to learning and development. Parents, teachers and society should regard the realization of the rights of children’s games as their responsibility, return the time of children’s games, create the environment and opportunities for them to grow up happily and healthily in the games.
