However, this is a fact. In western Africa, Guinea took the lead in building its own special forces. Although the economy of the entire country in Guinea is still underdeveloped and its people’s standard of living is still far behind, they can say that they are paying any costs or even trying out their own capital in setting up their own special forces units.
