初中生正处于青春发育期,是生长发育的第二次突增阶段,由于生理变化及学习负担较重等种种原因,对营养素的需求量比常人高。饮食营养的好坏直接影响青少年的健康成长和身心发育,营养不良可导致发育迟缓;营养过剩可导致肥胖、心理压力加大、自卑等不健康心理现象的出现[1]。为了解巴州乡村在校初中生的膳食营养状况,本课题组于2014年3—5月对尉犁县乡村学生日常膳食及营养状况进行调查,结果报道如下。
Junior high school students are in their early stages of development and are the second stage of growth and development. Due to various reasons such as physiological changes and heavier learning burden, the demand for nutrients is higher than that of ordinary people. The quality of dietary nutrition directly affects the healthy growth and physical and mental development of adolescents, and malnutrition can cause stunting. Excessive nutrition can lead to the appearance of unhealthy psychological phenomena such as obesity, psychological stress and low self-esteem [1]. In order to understand the dietary nutritional status of junior high school students in BaZhou rural areas, our research team investigated the daily diet and nutritional status of rural students in Yuli County from March to May in 2014. The results are reported as follows.
