大面积的现浇钢筋混凝土楼面结构容易在浇筑过程中由于水泥水化热和外部约束条件的影响而产生裂缝。可以从合理选择混凝土材料和改变其浇筑过程中的约束条件两个方面来控制现浇钢筋混凝土楼面结构浇筑过程中裂缝的产生。着眼于后者,分别从理论分析和有限元模型模拟计算两个方面,比较两种不同的浇筑方案下,不同约束条件对于大面积现浇钢筋混凝土楼面结构浇筑过程中产生的内力和变形的影响。
Large-scale cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor structure is prone to cracks in the pouring process due to the cement hydration heat and external constraints. It can control the production of cracks in pouring process of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor from the aspects of choosing concrete material rationally and changing the constraint conditions during pouring. Focusing on the latter, from two aspects of theoretical analysis and finite element model simulation, respectively. Comparing two kinds of different pouring schemes, the different internal forces and deformations caused by different constraints on pouring of large-area cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor structures influences.
