应用Dot-ELISA法对丰产鲫败血病病原菌豚鼠气单胞菌CSS-4-2菌株的全菌抗原进行检测,其最低检出水平为105 cells/mL.Dot-ELISA法对人工感染CSS-4-2菌株濒临死亡或有明显症状丰产鲫的肝、脾、肾组织匀浆上清液的阳性检出率为97%;而对未显症状丰产鲫的肝、脾、肾组织匀浆上清液的阳性检出率为25%.同时发现当感染浓度较高(≥109 cells·mL-1)时,攻毒3h后在脾脏中就能检出病原菌.
