对v形刃刨削和锋利单尖车刀车削的切屑卷曲进行了试验研究,并对试验结果进行了分析,得到了切屑卷曲半径随切削条件变化的规律,以及刀尖对切屑卷曲的作用,从而为进一步深入研究三维切削的切屑卷曲机理奠定了基础。
The chip curl of v-shaped sharpening and sharpened single-point sharpening turning was studied and the test results were analyzed. The rule that chip curling radius changed with the cutting conditions and the effect of cutting edge on chip curling were obtained. Which lays a good foundation for further studying the mechanism of chip curl in 3D cutting.
