In this paper, we discuss the reactivity of small purine biological molecules such as guanine, adenine and hypoxanthine on several electrodes, and investigate their electrochemical properties by using coarse pyrolytic graphite electrodes. The experimental results show that their electrode processes are Adsorbed on the pyrolytic graphite electrode, guanine is adsorbed on C (2) -NH_2, adenine at C (6) -NH_2, and hypoxanthine at the N (1) -H group in the vertical direction The adsorption equilibrium constants of guanine, adenine and hypoxanthine were (3.34 ± 1.00) × 10 ~ 5 and (4.38 ± 1.20) × 10 ~ (31.5 ± 0.77), (32.1 ± 0.70) and (32.0 ± 0.75) kJ / mol, respectively. These values indicate that they have at the pyrolytic graphite electrode Moderately strong physical adsorption.
