高等职业教育在中国经过十几年的发展,其特殊形式已初具雏形,规模正日益壮大,因此积极发展高等职业教育,是社会和经济发展的客观需要。传统的教育管理存在着管理的主客体倒置,管理模式千篇一律等的局限性。提出必须对职业教育教学管理进行改革,在以就业为导向、以技能培训为根本的职业教育中,实施学籍管理制度、课程设置、学生职业素质培养及技能培训等的改革。
After more than ten years of development in higher vocational education in China, the special form of higher vocational education has taken shape and its scale is growing. Therefore, the active development of higher vocational education is an objective need of social and economic development. The traditional education and management exist the inversion of the subject and object of management, the management pattern is stereotyped and other limitations. It is suggested that the reform of teaching management in vocational education must be carried out. In vocational education, which is oriented by employment and based on skill training, the reform of student status management system, curriculum, training of students’ professional qualifications and skills training should be implemented.
