棉花铃期与种子养分代谢及纤维品质的关系

本研究目的在于探讨不同开花时期,棉铃养分转化,纤维素沉积与纤维品质的关系,试图为品质分析,改进纤维品质育种,协调栽培技术提供依据。材料和方法1982~1983年以岱字棉系统的沪棉204,和洞庭一号×福字棉杂种后代选系79—3154为材料,各取20株,自始花至10月10日,对当天花挂牌,并依次分收,后按开花顺序,5天为一期混和,分别测定单铃重、籽指、种子内含养分、纤维素沉积及纤维强度、细度、成熟度。以常规法测定种子内含醣、氮百分率。以酸碱水解法测定纤维素。用 Y147偏光成熟仪测定纤维成熟度。用 Y162测力机测定强力。 The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the flowering of cotton bolls, the transformation of cotton bolls, the deposition of cellulose and the fiber quality at different flowering stages, and provide the basis for quality analysis, improvement of fiber quality breeding and coordinated cultivation techniques. MATERIALS AND METHODS From 1982 to 1983, 20 cotton plants from Huadao 204, a hybrid cotton variety of Dai type, and 79-3154, a hybrid variety from Dongting No.1 × Fuzi cotton hybrid, were collected from the first flower to the 10th of October. When the flowers were listed and sorted in turn, they were mixed in the order of flowering for 5 days. The single boll weight, seed finger, seed contained nutrients, cellulose deposition and fiber strength, fineness and maturity were measured respectively. Determination of sugar content in the seeds by conventional methods, nitrogen percentage. Determination of cellulose by acid-base hydrolysis. The maturity of fiber was measured with Y147 polarized ripe tester. Use the Y162 dynamometer to measure the strength.
