本文测定了太白贝母的生物碱、生物碱苷和总生物碱的含量,为太白贝母的质量标准的建立奠定了基础。结果为:太白贝母生物碱、生物碱苷、总生物碱溶液在波长为618nm处有最大吸收;5年生太白贝母的生物碱含量较低,生长3-4年的太白贝母的生物碱含量较高;不同产地的太白贝母的总生物碱含量不同,这说明在一定限度内高海拔较适宜种植太白贝母。本研究为我们采收商品太白贝母年限提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the content of alkaloids, alkaloid glycosides and total alkaloids of Fritillaria cirrhosae were determined, which laid the foundation for the establishment of the quality standard of Fritillaria cirrhosa.
