成型轧辊轧制直径的确定方法有两种:一种是按各架成型轧辊(下辊)底径相等的方法配置轧辊直径;另一种是按各架成型轧辊轧制线相等的方法配置轧辊直径。在确定成型轧辊的直径时,无论采用那种方法,均应在各成型架次之间增加0.5~0.65%的微拉力。以往我公司所使用的成型轧辊轧制直径的确定方法是按各架成型轧辊下辊底径为准,并以每架轧辊之间递增0.5~0.65%的微拉力,再按机组上、下轴速比确定上辊直径的方法计设制造轧辊的(见图一)。
